Right of use The buyer may use the e-ordering environment solely for the purposes of their own business.
Prohibition on sharing the account The buyer may not share, transfer or allow third parties to use their account or login details.
Data security The buyer is responsible for the confidentiality and security of their data (including username and password).
Prohibition on sharing information Information published in the e-ordering environment (including the product range, prices, etc.) may not be shared with third parties.
Consequences of a breach If the seller has reasonable grounds to suspect that the buyer has shared, transferred or allowed third parties to use their account and login details, the seller has the right to:
close the buyer’s e-ordering account;
demand a contractual penalty of 500 euros from the buyer for the breach.
